This is the position where all waste water streams from the industrial processes are collected. Waste water pits are specifically designed to suit the customers project requirements.

Sludge Tank
Sludge discharged by the automatic valve at the bottom of the static vertical clarifier is collected into a tank that is a key component of the sludge dehydration system.

Clear Water Tank
The clear water outflow from the top of the end of the static vertical clarifier is normally stocked into a water reservoir where clear water pumps are installed to feedback the industial washing process.
Deep Cone Heating System
When working in cold climates during inactivity hours, water and sludge many freeze in the very last end of the system. The heating system is programmable to operate a to specific minimum temperatures and can be scheduled hourly.

Double Stage Horizontal Pumps
Designed to comply with the high performance required by yhe filter press feeding process, this double stage pumps generate a stable high head with consistent flow. Double stage configuration allows the pump to operate at high pressure ranges required for filter press feeding.
Vertical Pumps
The vertical excecution is suitable for medioum depth pits installation. underwater suction advantages are paired in this configuration, with a great maintenace capability due to the external motor.
Submersible Pumps
Configured witha full water proof design. this line of products has been engineered to work in deep pits. The Pump is equipped with overheating alarm alaong with water leakage sensors to protect the electric motor and the pump structure.
